Yes, our headquarters are in Lincoln, where the company was founded but we have since expanded to cover the midlands, east, south and south west of England. You can view products and speak with one of our bathing mobility specialists in person if you can get to one of our three showrooms in Lincoln, Kent, or Somerset. If not, one of our knowledgeable surveyors can come to your home for a free consultation.
All bathrooms can be modified to make them more accessible. The quickest and simplest solution is to instal a new shower, either in place of your existing shower or in place of your bath. Our expert surveyors use their extensive product knowledge to create a solution that meets your needs, style, and budget. It could be a walk-in shower, a walk-in bath, or a wet room with features like a raised toilet, shower chairs, grab rails, and slip-resistant flooring.
The most important thing is that you can bathe safely, so the decision is based on your mobility requirements. It will also be determined by the amount of available space as well as your budget. Showers are best suited to small bathrooms, whereas larger bathrooms may have enough space for a walk-in bath or an open-plan wet room. We will assist you in selecting a solution that allows you to bathe safely, looks good, and is enjoyable to use.
Certainly! We understand that selecting a new bathroom can be difficult, especially with the added complexity of mobility needs. It’s a job that necessitates specialised knowledge and experience, and there are so many products and suppliers to choose from that it can be overwhelming. We keep things simple. For over 20 years, we have been selecting the best products for our customers; we know what works and what doesn’t. You can count on us to quickly create a design that makes bathing easier while also fitting your budget and style.
It varies depending on the bathroom, but our installations usually take 4 or 5 days. Some are faster than this – for example, if it’s a simple task like replacing a shower, we can often complete it in two or three days – while others take slightly longer. It all depends on what you require. To ensure your peace of mind, we always provide a fixed price before beginning work. Throughout installation, we will be respectful of your space and ensure that you have access to the facilities you require.
We are pleased to instal market-leading accessible baths manufactured in the United Kingdom by Manteleda, Martek, and Gainsborough. Because accessible baths are designed to accommodate mobility issues, the one you choose will be determined by how much assistance you require for bathing as well as your personal preferences.
Walk-in baths, as the name implies, are designed for people who can stand and step into their bath without assistance. Assisted baths are for people who need help bathing from someone else, such as a caregiver. Many assisted baths have a lift to help both the caregiver and the person bathing.
A powered bath is a type of accessible bath that uses electricity to provide a feature such as a lift, automatic filling and emptying, or jacuzzi bubbles.
Walk-in baths can also have powered features like heated seats, chromatherapy lights, and jacuzzi bubbles.
We make every effort to minimise disruption during installation. We put down carpet protection from the start, and at the end of each day, we clean up and reinstall the necessary facilities. We always leave things tidy and clean. At the end of the job, all trash is removed, and we finish by vacuuming with our own equipment.
We occasionally need to turn off the hot water for a short period of time. This usually happens if your heating system is old and lasts about 1-2 hours.
The price is highly dependent on what you require. We go over the options with you and agree on a design and a price; for your peace of mind, we always fix the price before we begin work. This means that if it takes us longer, we will not charge you more, unless we discover something completely unexpected. We also provide discounts for those over the age of 60, military veterans, and, as part of our partnership with the Alzheimer’s Society, those suffering from dementia. A smart toilet is one that functions similarly to an automatic bidet. These toilets can be used by anyone, but they are especially useful if you have limited mobility or find it difficult to use a traditional toilet. They can be washed and dried, and some even have heated seats. They can be operated manually or with motion detectors, and the height can be adjusted to make it easier to get on and off. More information on smart toilets can be found here.
We provide discounts to those over the age of 60, military veterans, and those suffering from dementia as part of our affiliation with the Alzheimer’s Society. Read more about our price guarantee, which guarantees that you will not pay more if you continue to use us. Click here to find out more.
Yes! We partner with a Ideal4Finance who are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and who can offer finance options to customers who may need to spread the cost of their new bathroom. They have a 5-star rating on Trustpilot too!

We have a gallery of ‘before’ and ‘after’ photos of our customers’ bathrooms here, and you can also see our work on our Facebook page.

We take pride in assisting UK businesses and only use products that have been proven to be safe and reliable on a daily basis. All of the baths, showers, and shower trays we instal are made in the United Kingdom. A UK company in China manufactures the shower panels and screens.
You are not required to do anything. Having said that, we like to respect the local community in which we work, so if you have neighbours nearby, we recommend informing them about the work. If you live in assisted living or a block of flats, it would be great if we could be put in touch with the scheme manager/supervisor so we can work directly with them and not bother you about things like access, parking, and rubbish collection.
