We’ve been creating accessible bathrooms for over 22 years and believe that everyone should have access to safe, affordable bathing.
We started as a small business in Lincolnshire, but we now undertake bathroom renovations, kitchen installations and building work across the UK, facilitated by our in-house network of home surveyors and trade professionals, supported by colleagues based at our Head Office in Lincolnshire.
We have bold plans to expand our trade network and welcome interest from qualified and/or experienced trade professionals who share our high standards of workmanship who want to continue developing their skills and careers.
We have built a solid reputation in the mobility bathroom industry and only employ and work with the very best bathroom fitters, plumbers, electricians, builders and flooring specialists.
Customer care is at the fore front of everything we do – we treat customers like family, ensuring they receive exceptional service throughout the entire process of their bathroom or home renovation, so it’s vital that our values are shared by those we employ or partner.
In return, we offer excellent employed and self-employed packages, with rewards such as company vehicles, tools, materials and expenses allowances and additional skills training to maximise potential.

My role is to coordinate all of our print ads that go into newspapers and magazines. I also liaise with customers when they make a phone enquiry and I speak to them at the various stages of the process to ensure they are happy and understand each stage of the process.

My role is to visit customers’ homes following the initial survey to assess the bathroom to ensure all the desired products, fittings and pipework are a suitable match and that we won’t find anything that will hinder the installation once we start the renovation. There are many factors to consider such as age of the property, current heating systems, previous building work, type of floor – the list is endless.
AHM really are great to work for. Simon, Julie and Charlie have such a passion for caring for customers’ and this resonates with all AHM colleagues. We’re also supported and empowered to undertake our jobs as we see fit, there is certainly no micromanagement.
